Cheong Seng Gee was the Executive Director of Professional & Organisation Development Sdn Bhd and currently
the Executive Director of P.O.D. Advisory Sdn Bhd, both being consulting companies which specialise in human
resource management, industrial relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, executive search
and recruitment and organisational design which he co-founded in July 1994 and November 2003 respectively.
Mr Cheong is currently a Member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee of Mentri Besar Incorporated Selangor (MBI Selangor) and a Director of Kumpulan Semesta Sdn Bhd (a sand mining company under MBI) as well as in the following Board Committees of Finance, Corporate Governance and Audit and Tender. Prior to that he held Directorships in Amanah Unit Trust (a fund management company) and Modern Handling Equipment Sdn Bhd (an industrial conveyor systems company).
Prior to founding POD, Mr Cheong has served in corporate positions as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of Perwaja Steel Sdn Bhd (a government-linked company), Corporate Adviser to Arab-Malaysia Corporation Bhd (a public listed company), Director of Corporate Affairs of the Stamford College Group (a public listed company in education), Country Manager of Malaysian Ventures Berhad (Malaysia's first venture capital company) and Assistant Manager of Amanah Merchant Bank Berhad (an investment bank).
Mr Cheong has offered corporate advice in areas such as corporate due diligence, business development, corporate turnaround and restructuring, business plans and strategies. He has also been a supervisor for MBA students on venture capital projects under the Malaysian Institute of Management's (MIM) MBA Programme, the MIM's Entrepreneur Club, Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM) and the Penang Chinese Chamber of Commerce. He has also conducted Continuing Professional Development Programme for the Australian Society of Certified Public Accountants for East and West Malaysia as a subject matter expert on topics covering Venture Capital and Stock Market Investments in Malaysia and the CPA Australia Annual Conference in Adelaide in 1996.
In his 23 years of corporate HR consulting, he was instrumental in the formulation and training of Human Resource Policies, personality profiling, career profiling, 360 competencies, compensation packaging job evaluation, Business Strategies leading to Strategic Mapping, Balanced Scorecard & KPIs setting for multinationals, conglomerates, public listed companies and government linked corporations.
Cheong was part of the HR Consulting Project Team in the mergers and acquisitions of multinational pharma groups such as Glaxo and Wellcome, Ciba Geigy and Sandoz, Schering Plough and Mallinckrodt, global insurance companies such as GA Insurance and Commercial Union Assurance, Malaysia National Insurance acquiring Sime-Axa Insurance, local insurers such as Jerneh Insurance and Paramount Assurance, Malaysia National Insurance, Maybank Assurance and UMBC Insurans, multinational chemical groups such as Rhodia and Albright & Wilson, Norvatis and Sygenta, telecommunication and construction groups such as Uniphone by Time Engineering Sungei-Way Quarry and Pioneer International of Australia.

Daniel Teo has been appointed the Asian Director and Principal Trainer by "The Leadership Institute of America" and "Consulting Tools" UK. Both organizations have provided consulting and assessment advice to America's and UK's top companies including Walt Disney World, Motorola, AT&T, Acura, American Express, Toyota, etc As the Principal Trainer to Asia, he has trained and accredited over 400 Organizational Leaders, Heads of Departments, Human Resource Personnel, Trainers and Counsellors in using and administering "The Leadership Institute of America" DISC, Personality Profile System. and organisational development.
Prior to joining P.O.D., Ms Lim has served as a teacher in the Anglo-Chinese Secondary School (Seremban), a language teacher in Pusat Bahasa, University of Malaysa and then the Australian Consumers Association. Her expertise is teaching English as a foreign language with special emphasis in linguistics from the University of Sydney.
Ms Lim then joined P.O.D. in June 1995 and has provided extensive support services in accounting, administration and project coordination. She has extensive experience in supporting the production of Human Resource Policies, personality profiling, 360 competencies, compensation packaging job evaluation and related Human Resource issues. She is also certified in the DISC behavioural tool.
Ms Lim has been supporting in Consulting Projects such as in the mergers of Tokio Marine and Asia Insurance, Ciba Geigy and Sandoz, Schering Plough and Mallinckrodt, acquisition of Uniphone by Time Engineering SungeiWay Quarry and Pioneer International, GA Insurance and Commercial Union Assurance, Jerneh Insurance and Paramount Assurance, Malaysia National Insurance and Sime Axa Assurance, Maybank Assurance and UMBC Insurans, Rhodia and Albright & Wilson, Norvatis and Sygenta as well as several current projects involving merger staff integration and restructuring terms and conditions of employment in the insurance and construction sectors. Cheong Yen Ling is the Associate Consultant of P.O.D. Advisory Sdn Bhd which specialise in human
resource management, industrial relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, training,
executive search and recruitment and organisational development.
Prior to joining P.O.D. in 2018, Ms Cheong has served in various global companies such as the Boston Consulting Group as Project Accountant, LOreal Malaysia Sdn Bhd as Senior Brand Controller, Deloitte Corporate Advisory Services as Assistant Manager, M&A and IBM as Financial Analyst for IBM Global Financing with particular focus on the ANZ region.
Ms Cheong has strengths in financial due diligence in the context of Mergers and Acquisitions as well as bottom-line accountability for consumer products in the luxury division of LOreal. In her latest job role in BCG, she monitors the profitability of regional management consulting projects as well as conducts revenue projection at a regional level.
Ms Cheong is a proficient presenter with a broad experience in preparing consulting proposals, handling consulting assignments and has good client relationship skills.
Her hobbies involve specialty coffee making and spending time with her two dogs.
On the social enterprise front, she was part of the Global Emerging Leaders - EPIC (Operasi Cili Padi) 2011-2012 as Assistant Team Lead & Project Organiser, a separate pilot project under EPIC, targeting the urban poor, by aiming to improve their living conditions through simple home repairing work.

Albert is the Associate in charge of Corporate Finance in the Group. He has many years working experience in the banking industry
and also in the corporate commercial sector. He started his career in banking with an International Bank and subsequently he moved
to the commercial field once he had obtained sufficient exposure and training from the banking industry.
The Corporate Finance Division is a new Division that has been setup in the Group and Albert is the Associate currently leading this new Division.
Prior to joining P.O.D. Advisory, Albert had experience working for major international and local banks and subsequently in the commercial field as the financial controller for major public listed companies that were mainly involved in construction, property development and hospitality businesses.
His exposure in the bank enhanced his skills and knowledge when he embarked on working in the commercial sector as a financial controller with main focus on corporate banking, finance and corporate financing. His tenure in the banking industry included his time with Hock Hua Bank (now Public Bank Bhd), HSBC Bank and Pacific bank (now Maybank). His working experience in the commercial field includes public listed companies like Lingui Development Bhd, Denko Industrial Corporation Bhd, Econstates Berhad (now IJM Land Bhd), Haisan Resources Bhd, Ireka and Target Precast Industries Sdn Bhd. He has also working experience with non-listed major entities like Quill Construction Sdn Bhd.
In the commercial field he was actively involved in the various fund raising activities for the companies he worked for. He has hands on experience in fund raising using equity, debt and also corporate bank borrowings methods. In the areas of fund raising involving equity he has been involved in IPO exercises both in Malaysia and also in Hongkong. His exposure in this area of equity funding includes other equity funding methods like placements, ESOS and other related instruments used during the IPO process.
His experience in fund raising using debt instruments includes Bonds and other forms of term notes etc.. Again his hands on experience includes dealing with the rating agencies and ultimately the management of the usage of these funds during the term and life of the bonds or notes.
His experience in the property development field has allowed him to have access to other corporate bank borrowings for company and individuals. As he is very hands on and close to the operations he has contacts with bankers from various financial markets. He keeps himself abreast of the latest fundraising methods so that he can assist companies and individuals manage their financial needs in their operations and also their corporate capital requirements.
